The Series 626 Pressure Transmitters possess a highly precise 0.25% full scale accuracy piezo-resistive sensor contained in a compact, rugged, NEMA 4X (IP66) stainless steel general purpose housing or cast aluminum conduit housing.

The Series 628 Pressure Transmitters are ideal for OEMs with 1% full scale accuracy sensors. The corrosion resistant 316L stainless steel wetted parts allow the Series 626 and 628 transmitters to measure the pressure in a multitude of processes from hydraulic oils to chemicals. The Series 626 and 628 are available in absolute and gage pressure ranges with a variety of optional outputs, process connections and electrical terminations to allow you to select the right transmitter for your application.

The Series MS Magnesense® Differential Pressure Transmitter is an extremely versatile transmitter for monitoring pressure and air velocity. The Series 616KD Differential Pressure Transmitters with One-Touch® Digital Push- Button Calibration Technology are designed for simplicity, making them the ideal choice for installers and maintenance professionals. These instruments not only alleviate cumbersome turn pots typically found in most transmitters, but eliminate entirely the need to span the instruments during calibration. With a single digital push button, both ZERO AND SPAN are calibrated properly, nothing else is required. No additional reference pressure sources or separate calibration devices are necessary.

Dwyer make Magnesense Diffrential Pressure Transmitter

Technology: The Y-line transmitters have an extremely small temperature error. This is achieved using an additional circuit containing a temperature sensor that subdivides the tempe- rature range into fields that are 1,5 Kelvin (K) wide. The TK zero and TK compensation values are calculated for each field and programmed into the additional circuit. During operation, these values are fed into the analogue signal path depending on the temperature. Each temperature is the ??calibration temperature?? for this transmitter. The accuracy thereof is mainly determined by linearity. 120 fields are available, representing a possible temperature range of 180 K. The wider the temperature range, the greater the amount of testing that is needed to minimise the inaccuracy of the mathematical model. Flexibility: The extent of the vertical range of manufacture, the modular design and the programmable electronics make it possible to manufacture large, customer-specific batches. The pressure sensors (insulated measuring cells) are manufactured in large quantities and kept in stock. These are then welded into the required transmitter head, equipped with electronics and calibrated over the entire temperature and pressure range in systems with up to 1000 mea- suring stations. mPm connectors, M12 connectors, Packard connectors and cable connections are used as standard for the electrical connection. In the relative pressure version, the ambient pressure is led into the interior via cable or connector. Outputs: A 2-wire (4???20 mA) or 3-wire version with voltage output is available as an output signal. For a ratiometric 0,5 to 4,5 V version, we refer to the KELLER Series 21C product range. EMC: The 21Y product line is outstanding due to its extreme ruggedness towards electromagnetic fields. The limits of the CE standard are undercut by a factor of up to 10 with conducted and radiated fields. These transmitters are also extremely immune to external vol- tages between the housing and the electrical connection, which is particularly important when frequency converters are being used. The high insulation voltage of 300 V make this product ideal for use in the harshest of environments.

The WIKA A-10 pressure transmitter is precision engineered and manufactured to fit many industrial and OEM pressure measurement applications. The rugged design provides resistance to vibration, shock, wide temperature variations, RFI and other extreme environmental conditions that are typical of industrial and OEM applications. Performance and reliability is enhanced by the all stainless steel welded measuring cell that eliminates the need for soft sealing materials that may deteriorate over time. The state-of-the-art manufacturing and assembly process increases the long term reliability of the A-10.Primary applications include process control and automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine controls.

Measuring Performance
The EE610 offers ± 0.5 Pa accuracy over the entire measurement range. For the versions with analogue outputs, the EE610 offers selectable measuring ranges of ± 25 / ± 50 / ± 100 Pa and 0...100 Pa. The long-term stable, piezo-resistive no-flow-through pressure sensing element excludes the risk of cross-contamination.

Analogue and Digital Output
The measured data is available on the analogue voltage and current outputs or on the RS485 interface with Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP protocol.

Functional and Robust
The IP65 / NEMA 4 enclosure facilitates easy mounting and minimizes installation costs. External mounting holes allow installation with closed cover.

Configurable and Adjustable
The setup and adjustment can be easily performed with DIP-switches and push buttons on the electronics board (EE610 with analogue outputs) or with an optional adapter and the free EE-PCS configuration software (EE610 with RS485 interface). The setup includes bidirectional or unidirectional pressure range, output signal, response time, display units and backlight. A zero and span point adjustment can be easily performed with push buttons on the electronics board.
